The tower has a frame that gives it a 3D look to it throughout the building. The architectural style is Art Deco. Back then, it was the most modern style. This style used modern materials like, steel and plate glass and shows bright colors, and metallic design. It uses sunbursts, zigzags, and dramatic shapes.
